Why should I use a property sourcing company when estate agents are free?

Estate agents are paid by, and work for, the vendor. Their role is to achieve the highest possible price for each property and they are always acting in the best interest of the vendor, not you.

As an independent property search company, on the other hand, we work solely for you, the buyer. We are there to provide objective, independent advice about all areas and properties, to find you the right property and to negotiate the lowest possible price for you. We are paid by you accordingly.

Do I have to pay the estate agent?

No. Estate Agents will be paid by their client - the seller.

Can you get me access to properties that I couldn’t on my own?
Yes. Through our network within the property market, we can gain access to properties which aren’t officially on the market, or those which are being marketed discreetly and you’re unlikely to ever know about. These contacts include property developers, insolvency practitioners, estate agents, banks and private property individuals.

Is your service confidential? Will my name be disclosed to anyone?

Information on our clients is always treated in strictest confidence and not disclosed to third parties unless required to do so by law.

How long will it take you to source a property for me?

On average, it takes us 6 to 8 weeks from signing a new client through to securing a suitable property for them which meets their approval. Sometimes, it can take us only 2 weeks to find the right property but of paramount importance is that we secure a suitable property at below market valuation. We would rather it takes slightly longer to source your property provided that we can secure a discounted deal on it.
