The Buying Process

Our property sourcing service empowers you with expert and professional advice throughout the process offering you a highly personalised level of service.

Here is how the process works:

1. No obligation meeting

This provides an opportunity for us to meet and to enable us to understand your objectives and requirements in detail for investing in London property whether it is for personal use or for investment purposes. This meeting can take place at a time and place to suit you. However, as the vast majority of our clients are overseas, sometimes it may not be possible to meet face to face and instead phone or skype meetings can be carried out effectively.

2. Comprehensive property brief

We will work closely with you to create a realistic and achievable property profile in terms of the size, condition and location of the property in relation to the budget. We can advice on alternative areas for you to consider which meets your requirement.

3. Property search

We search the market thoroughly by working with our extensive network of estate agents, developers and private contacts. This means that we are aware of all properties currently available in the market and we also know about properties which are not officially in the market as yet. We would then shortlist and carry out viewings on all the properties which meets your objectives and requirements.

4. Report to you

Upon viewing all the relevant properties which meet your specific criteria, we would undertake detailed analysis and due diligence on each property and report back to you on the properties which we believe to be suitable for consideration.

5. Negotiation

We will handle all negotiations on your behalf and achieve the best price on the property that we are interested in.

6. Conveyancing

Once the offer has been accepted by the vendor, we manage the entire conveyancing process, liaising with the estate agent, your solicitor and mortgage broker if applicable. We use our expertise to hold the deal together and ensure that the process runs as smoothly and quickly as possible.
